2) AI-assisted workflows require human review

AI-assisted workflows built or described by SAMRAM require human review and approval at defined checkpoints. AI prepares, organizes, summarizes, and validates. Humans approve final decisions. SAMRAM does not build or endorse fully automated legal, tax, or accounting decision systems that operate without professional review.

3) No guaranteed productivity improvements

Any references to workflow improvement estimates (such as 2–4× improvement in targeted workflows) apply to specific, targeted workflows under phased adoption. Results vary by firm, workflow complexity, and team adoption. Productivity improvements are not guaranteed on a business-wide basis or for any specific engagement.

4) Client work requires a separate agreement

Engagement for AI workflow modernization services, automation buildout, or training requires a separate written agreement or statement of work. The client remains responsible for all professional decisions, regulatory compliance, and the review and approval of AI-generated outputs. SAMRAM is not responsible for outcomes resulting from client use of AI-assisted workflows without appropriate human review.

6) No guarantees on the Service
